Between June 20 and 22, our Comprital partner welcomed us in his famous school of gelato Athenaeum Comprital, where we found out some secrets from the world of gelato.

In a space full of light, color and a modern design that encourages creativity, the Comprital team has been for 3 days at our disposal and made us feel just like family.

Speaking about ice cream, we all agreed that this is a time of pampering, always associated with beautiful moments in our lives, a sweetness that binds us to our childhood, but nevertheless a product not as simple as it seems.

So the Comprital team has answered all questions the Nordic team has raised, helping us to be prepared to successfully meet the challenges of the growing market of gelato in Romania.

This training is part of a series of actions agreed with Nordic Food's partners, helping to specialize the Sales team by combining courses with visits to our partners' factories.
