Nordic Food, in partnership with Riso Gallo, has held an event for risotto lovers at the end of February.
Those present at the event had the opportunity to learn from Massimo Rossetto, a chef specialized in the preparation of the risotto, the secrets of authentic Italian recipes.
Chef Massimo presented 4 recipes, 100% Italian, sustained by the best ingredients on the Romanian market and, of course, distributed by Nordic Food.
