Nordic Food organized together with Elle&Vire Professionnel an event held over two days in Cluj.
Chef Ludovic Chesnay, International Culinary Advisor for Elle&Vire, shared with Nordic customers his experience and passion for confectionery in the Master Class, as well as the Hands-On Art of French Confectionery training.
The event was attended by 34 customers, to whom Chef Ludovic presented, through 9 recipes, how Elle&Vire products can be used to achieve excellent results.
In November, a similar event will take place in Bucharest, attended by MOF Patrice Ibarboure, winner of the 2019 MOF title, in the prestigious annual competition organized in France by the Societe Nationale des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.
